We have more than 1,400 parking spots in the Old Mill District.

Parking lots are accessible off Bond Street, Columbia Street and SW Bluff Drive. There is ample parking off SW Bluff  (in the lot next to the Hilton Garden Inn) and in the lot between Coldwell Banker and Washington Federal Bank on the same street.

Just across the footbridge is parking near the Hampton Inn & Suites on Columbia Street and steps from Gap and Anthony’s. We’ve recently added 18 parking stalls on the gravel road behind the Pump House, a standalone red building across from Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria (where Wheel Fun Rentals sets up each summer).

There are two overflow parking areas: the Riverbend Dog Park lot off Columbia Street and the gravel lot on Shevlin-Hixon across from the Amphitheater (closed on concert days). This lot is a short walk along a paved trail past the Will Call booth and over the footbridge.

Free Solar Charging Stations

The Old Mill District installed two complimentary solar charging stations to help keep visitors connected when their devices begin to run out of power.

Located on the south and north end (next to Jimmy John’s) of the district, the NRG Street Charge solar stations are a quick and easy way to charge phones, tablets and even cameras with the speed of a regular outlet but with the clean energy of the sun.

Powered by three 20-watt solar panels, the charging stations include six weather-resistant connectors for most iPhone and Android models.

One of several green initiatives in the Old Mill District, the new charging stations need just four hours of daylight to fully operate. With these solar charging stations, you’ll be back on the go in no time and you’ll feel great knowing you powered up with green energy.
