Submission of this application does not constitute an agreement on behalf of the Old Mill District to approve the proposed event. Once we review your application we will contact you with any questions and let you know if we will be able to host your event. Please know that we have not been accepting many new events for some time as the property is close to capacity. The Old Mill District requires interested parties to start the application process 4-6 months in advance of proposed event. Applicants will be notified in writing whether the Old Mill District has approved the proposed event. If your event is approved to take place on Old Mill District property, it is the responsibility of the applicant to have in place all potential music licensing agreements, as well as to ensure all COVID-19 guidelines and protocols put forth by the Oregon Health Authority are met and followed by everyone at the event.
