Oregon grocer partners with the Bend Brewfest

Home to more than 280 craft breweries, Oregon produces more than 1 million barrels of craft beer each year, which contributes $1.9 billion to the state’s economy.

“Oregon’s food and beverage industries are vibrant and dynamic, and we are proud to champion small and independent brewers,” said Steve Johnson, Beverage Sales Manager at Market of Choice.

As a member of the Brewers Association, Market of Choice supports independent craft brewers throughout the U.S. and Oregon.

And now they’re supporting the Bend Brewfest, held Aug. 15-17 at the Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend’s Old Mill District.

“We seek out what’s new and interesting and often carry limited-production or highly allocated beers—we’re able to do that because we nurture those relationships and visit the breweries on a regular basis,” Johnson says.

As a family-owned and operated grocery store, Market of Choice appreciates the innovative and community spirit of Oregon craft brewers, which are known for their community involvement and philanthropy. And Market of Choice is proud to sponsor events like the Bend Brewfest.

While you’re at Brewfest, be sure to scan the Market of Choice QR codes posted throughout the festival to receive a $10 off $50 coupon to redeem during the event. You’ll also be entered to win daily drawings that feature prizes like Apple AirPods, wireless Beats headphones, a Vitamix blender, and a PlayStation 4.

Contest dates are Aug. 15-17. Winners will be announced Aug. 18. Contestants must be 18 years or older. No purchase necessary to enter.
