Around Bend, Purple is the color of the month and symbolizes hope. You will see purple buttons, stickers, posters, banners and flags highlighting the message, “We are here for the ONE”. This symbolizes not only Saving Grace’s services, but also the community as a whole, coming together to support survivors. 2 in 3 women will never experience domestic violence. Saving Grace is there for the ONE that will.

Saving Grace provides comprehensive services for victims of family violence and sexual assault for our Central Oregon community. This includes a wide array of services, all of which are free and confidential. To access their 24 Hour Help Line, call (541)389-7021.

This is not just a women’s issue, it is a human issue. One of the awareness projects features “31 Men Against Domestic Violence”. Saving Grace is featuring a video of a male community member explaining why he doesn’t tolerate domestic violence every day this month. You’ll find these videos featured on Saving Grace’s social media sites, including their Facebook Page. These men range in age and profession, but all share the same belief that violence should not exist in our world and it’s important to speak up on the issue.
