Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe hosts its annual Dutch Oven Cooking Clinic on Wednesday, January 29 from 5-7:30 p.m. You’ll learn the ins and outs of Dutch Oven cooking from the experts AND sample some of their favorite Dutch Oven dishes like pineapple upside-down cake, apple pie, chicken and dumplings, eggplant Parmesan, roasted veggies and Owyhee bacon-loaded cornbread.

Today, Dutch Oven cooking is considered an art form among the most dedicated outdoors people.
