Boxwood Kitchen is busting out its creative juices to help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, March 16-17, Boxwood will be serving up corned beer sliders with homemade sauerkraut, pickles and yellow mustard. Breakfast will be served early at 9 a.m. on Saturday for folks down in the Old Mill District hitting up the REI Garage Sale and Tumalo Art Company’s Best Fine Art Sale Ever. Boxwood will also have some special grab-n-go breakfast burritos for the occasion.
Oh, and there’ll be some tasty beverages for the all-things Irish weekend, too:
Shamrock Sour: Jameson, house made lucky sour mix
Nutty Irishman Martini: Double chocolate vodka, hazelnut espresso vodka, award winning Five Farms Irish Cream
Irish Whiskey Shots & Pickle Backs: Jameson or Knockmore
Green Beer: Any beer, but green!
