Guest blog from Nashelle Jewelry owner Heather Nashelle

Growing up in Alaska,

One of my most cherished memories is when my family would drive our boat to a remote island where we owned a cabin & we would spend days camping.

I would sit there for hours soaking wet from the Alaskan rain, happy as a clam… banging, cutting and pulling out the most gorgeous pieces of untouched crystal.

I have so many stories of those weekends; close encounters with brown bears, exploring mossy hiking trails and my very favorite…digging into the Quartz crystal veins on the rocky hillside.

I think this was the beginning of my obsession with gems & God’s natural beauty.♥️

Love you guys!
