Outdoor yoga, fitness and HIIT workouts available throughout the Old Mill District

Taking advantage of the gorgeous Bend summer while also adhering to new state of Oregon health precautions, the Old Mill District’s various fitness studios are now offering multiple classes outside.

  • Free Spirit Yoga + Fitness + Play: A fitness and yoga studio for adults and children, Free Spirit is currently offering a wide variety of outdoor yoga and fitness classes, as well as livestream and recorded options. Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes are built around sun salutations and creative sequencing, while Outdoor Spirit Fit workouts are designed to enhance your overall cardiovascular system with a full range of bodyweight movements, light weight sandbells, resistance bands and high-intensity interval (HIIT) drills.

  • CycleBar: Located right along the Deschutes River next to lululemon, CycleBar is offering weekly outdoor workouts as a supplement to its indoor cycling classes. Ideal for getting a quick morning or lunchtime cardio blast in, these 45-minute ab and booty workouts are a fantastic way to cross train.

  • Orangetheory Fitness: Get your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on outdoors with Orangetheory’s new offerings in the parking lot adjacent to their fitness studio. Workouts take place in the morning and guests can still track their splat points and calories burned with their OTF heart-rate monitor and the OTF app on their phone.
