Lange Estate Winery partners with Greg’s on unique white wine
Starting earlier this spring, Greg’s Grill on the Deschutes began selling its own unique Pinot Gris, created in collaboration with Lange Estate Winery & Vineyards from Dundee, Oregon.
Lange Estate owner-operator Jesse Lange worked with Greg’s general manager Andreas Gregoriou and his staff to create a unique and drinkable Pinot Gris that would resonate with the palates of the High Desert. Lange was just the fourth producer of Pinot Gris in the United States and the very first to pioneer a barrel-fermented style back in 1987.
“We came up with a blend that we all thought was approachable, drinkable and unique,” Gregoriou says. “The really cool thing is that this blend is unique to us, nobody else.”
Greg’s Pinot Gris collaboration pairs amazingly well with their artichoke parmesan-stuffed chicken and their Teresa’s mac & cheese.
