COPPER RIVER SALMON
Copper River Salmon has arrived! VERY excited to announce that Copper River Salmon is here! These beauties were flown in directly from Alaska and are making their way to the restaurant as we speak! These Copper River salmon are delivered directly to our restaurants daily by Anthony's very own Seafood Company! Prized for their incredibly high Omega-3 content resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind salmon, the Copper River Salmon season is short so make sure you take advantage of this Pacific Northwest specialty today! Some of our featured preparations will include: Fresh Copper River Duet Copper River sockeye salmon finished with sundried tomato basil butter paired with a fresh, Alaska halibut chargrilled and finished with lemon oregano butter. Copper River King Medallions Our signature specialty! Chargrilled and finished with sundried tomato and fresh basil butter. Copper River King Salmon Roasted on an alder plank, glazed with melting leeks and served over our golden, oven-baked Russet potato gratin with a ribbon of sweet potatoes and Gruyere cheese. Copper River Sockeye Roasted on an alder plank and finished with smoked, sweet red pepper beurre blanc. Fresh Copper River Sockeye Salmon Salad Chargrilled and citrus glazed Copper River sockeye salmon served over romaine, field greens, grapefruit sections, avocado and hazelnuts. Finished with a citrus, shallot dressing.
Anthony's is offering Happy Hour menu from 3-6:30pm daily. The menu features salmon sliders, ahi nachos, pan fried oysters, shrimp cocktail, Puget sound mussels & fries, calamari and much more all for $6. Drink specials on wine, well drinks and beer.
