Evoke folks are fun wine people who believe that wine, especially really good — “best in class” award-winning wine, can also be fun! Based in Hood River, Oregon, Evoke has several tasting room locations in the PNW including the Vancouver Waterfront in Vancouver, Wash., and the Old Mill District in Bend. Their award-winning wines have been evoking fun and great conversation since 2005.
The process starts with high-quality fruit, harvested by their growing partners from world renowned vineyard locations in the Pacific Northwest. They’ve chosen to forgo the limitations of an estate vineyard, which gives their winemakers the freedom to choose the best fruit available, even during challenging growing seasons.
Evoke Winery believes that attention to detail, vineyard diversity, and intentional blending practices are what make award winning wines great. Whether you’re into big reds, dry whites, sweets or a little of all of the above — they have wine for that! So stop by the tasting room, pop a bottle and don’t forget to read the back label! Evoke tasting room in the Old Mill District offers charcuterie and small bites, as well.
