Pho 88 has officially opened its doors at 330 SW Powerhouse Dr., Suite 150, bringing traditional Vietnamese cuisine to the heart of the Old Mill District.
The restaurant is the latest venture from Alice Nguyen, a seasoned restaurant operator with previous ties to the district. Nguyen formerly managed Mio Sushi, which has since closed following her departure, and operated her own restaurant in Vietnam. She brings years of experience and a passion for high-quality, flavorful Asian cuisine.
Guests can enjoy a diverse menu featuring classic Vietnamese dishes. Signature offerings include aromatic bowls of pho with options like steak, brisket, meatball, oxtail and chicken. The menu also features rice noodle soups and vermicelli bowls, all packed with fresh herbs and bold flavors.
