Learn about kitchen knives and fundamental knife skills, professional tricks of the trade (no tears onion) and enjoy tasty recipes.  Learn the right knife to use for different food and sharpening.  Practice cutting techniques including easy matchstick carrots and prepare delicious, simple vegetable dishes.  Bring your best large vegetable knife (not paring knife).  Please be sure to package them safely to be transported to class.
