The Bend Marathon is gearing up for its 10th annual marathon and half marathon, and this year’s event promises to be bigger than ever. On Sunday, April 12, participants can look forward to a race day filled with miles and sweat, along with live music, a revamped finish line and local vendors.

Runners will follow a scenic route through West Bend, passing neighborhood parks, pine-filled forests and stretches of the Deschutes River.

Participants can choose from several race distances, including a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and a kids race. At the finish line, runners can enjoy an updated afterparty with craft beer, food and a chance to celebrate their achievement.
