Butchering 101: Breaking Down a Pig – Day 2

Join Chef Josh for this two day cooking experience. Day 1 will be breaking down a pig and learning the cuts of meat including; belly, chops, rib, ham and shoulder. For the 2nd day, guests will learn recipes for each of these cuts and enjoy the dishes we make in class.
