Event Shirts
Shirts for this event are a cotton/magic fabric (polyester) that I personally find delightful to wear while running or hoisting one at the pub. Always soft next to the skin and seem to hold off the Tech T perma stink. Try one, I think you will like it.
Post Race Festivities
Deschutes Brewery will be hosting a Beer Garden serving Twilight Ale. Food will be available for racers only. Musical entertainment will accompany the post race party.
Awards
Awards will be given to the overall male and female and overall masters (40+) male and female.
Parking
Shevlin Hixon Drive will be closed due to Brewfest so plan on parking near River Bend park, the dog park, or along the street near Mckay Park. Better yet ride a bike or jog down for a warm up.
The Cause
In addition to a fun running event a portion of the proceeds from this race will be donated to the Bend Ronald McDonald House. For more information on the great organization go to https://www.rmhcofcentraloregon.org.
