Spring has Sprung Yoga Free Class with Rebecca Bell

Celebrate the blossoming of spring with an All Levels Vinyasa practice with Rebecca Bell, co-owner of The Yoga Lab. This efforvescent flow will begin with sun salutations moving into standing poses with an emphasis on playfulness exploring hand balances and heart openers. The sweet closing sequence will focus on hips openers. We will seal the practice with a guided meditation and a nourishing savasana. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and friend (optional). After, we will mingle over tea, coffee, or fresh infused water. Feel free explore our wide array of clothing sure to suit your needs for all of your adventures. Please arrive early to fill out a waiver.
