Join us for another hands-on class with Chef Rocky. We’re making a Japanese Izakaya Pub Dinner with a delicious Japanese menu. Come learn the tips and techniques to make this dinner at home.
Shrimp and vegetables Tempura Lightly battered and perfectly fried, Inari with Ahi tuna – Tofu and rice pocket stuffed Tuna poke and seared ahi tuna, Udon – Wheat flour noodle soup, a Japanese comfort food, Yakitori – Brined chicken and green onion skewers grilled and basted with Tare, Beef Tataki – Seared Filet with a shiitake mushroom and ponzu reduction. Dessert is Japanese cheese cake (lite as a cloud)!
