Chef Josh was born and raised here in Bend and has been part of several local restaurants. He is the current Executive Chef of Elixir Wine Bar and owner of Loyaute. Chef Josh will be preparing Scallops, Cream Sauce, Herb Crusted Lamb Chops and Pinot Noir Reduction.
