Mom + Baby Yoga Classes at Free Spirit Yoga + Fitness + Play

Join other moms and babies (6 weeks – early crawlers) for this special yoga series. During classes you will flow from pose to pose to help tone, stretch and strengthen your body while releasing tension, especially in your neck and shoulders. Plus, we will work to properly strengthen abdominal and back muscles to reduce postpartum back pain, while including movements and songs with babies.

$100 for the 6-week series, class meets once a week.
