Do you like to bike, hike, or paddle? Let the professionals from Pro Motion Physical Therapy deliver some insider tips and tricks on how to stay healthy doing what you love this summer! Learn how to prevent injuries, use proper body mechanics, and walk away with some sport specific warm-ups! We want to see you PLAY your way through the seasons! Arrive early to sign a waiver. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear athletic clothing, as we will be moving! After the workshop, enjoy a beverage with us and find apparel designed with your love of the outdoors and spirit of adventure in mind!
