Sous vide, also known as “low temperature, long time cooking”, is a method of cooking in which food is placed in a vacuum sealed pouch and cooked in a water bath for longer than usual cooking times at a regulated temperature. This ensures your food is cooked thoroughly without even turning the stove on. This is a great option for your RV or very small spaces.

Chef Josh Podwils will be preparing Beef Tenderloin/ Butter Poached Lobster with Cognac Sauce/ Potato Puree/ Spiced Poached Pears
