Being a mom is one the most challenging and rewarding things you will ever do! Part of the challenge is feeling you don’t have the time or energy to keep yourself healthy in mind and body and feeling unsupported. Join Free Spirit’s owner and mom of 2 littles, Rachel Augustine, for this rewarding 4-week series designed specifically for moms with younger kids, ages 5 and under (but no kids allowed during classes:).
We will develop a yoga and mindful practice that will build strength and flexibility for your mind and body and help balance our your emotions. We will work to reduce common “mom” tensions especially in low back, neck, and shoulders, while increasing core strength and rebalancing your hips and pelvis. We will also learn Ayurvedic Yoga methods that will reduce fatigue and balance your system from the food you are eating to the type of yoga practice you should be doing. In addition, each week you’ll receive do-able daily mindful practices and a bonus 30-minute recorded yoga class to do on your own schedule. Plus we will create a wonderful community of like-minded mamas. All Levels Welcome!
We will send you a Zoom link about 15 minutes before each class session.
4-Week Registration: $70
Drop-In Ok: $19 (must email for drop-in)
4-week series, class meets once a week.
No make up classes or refund for missed class.
We require 7 days advance notice for full refund or account credit, no partial refunds allowed.
