Yoga Wall for Tension Release – Free Spirit Yoga+Fitness+Play

Unwind from a hectic work week using the power of the Yoga Wall and yoga therapy balls to release tension and heal discomfort. This unique, in-studio yoga class begins with a gentle and flowing yoga practice on your mat. We will then use therapy balls and the Yoga Wall to relieve stress held in your physical body in the upper back, neck, shoulders, low back, thighs and hips. We will also be using inversion techniques on the yoga wall to greatly improve circulation. Leave feeling lighter and more pliable, with increased mobility and with a restored mind and body. All levels welcome.
